Agents that do the work.

CloudtriX designs, builds, and runs AI agents — and the software, mobile products, and connected systems they depend on.

A job, not a model.

We start from a workflow a person can describe. The model is a component. The deliverable is an agent with a role, tools, and a way to stop.

01

Agent design

Map the workflow. Decide what the agent may read, what it may change, and the exact moment a person takes over. Write that down before anyone prompts a model.

02

Tools, not chat

Connect the agent to the systems the work already lives in: records, inboxes, internal APIs, files. If it cannot touch the system of record, it is only advising.

03

Evaluation

Judge the slice on real cases. Accuracy, time returned, and how often it stops correctly. A fluent wrong answer is a failure.

04

Operate

Watch outcomes after launch. Tighten the role, add a tool, or retire a step. Expand to the next workflow only when this one holds.

Guardrails

Autonomy you can explain.

An agent that cannot be audited will not survive contact with a real operation. We treat control as part of the build, not a policy document written afterward.

  1. 01
    Identity

The agent acts as a known principal, with its own access — never borrowed from a person’s password.

  2. 02
    Permission

Read and write are separate. High-impact changes can require a second confirmation from staff.

  3. 03
    Escalation

Missing data, low confidence, or a rule edge stops the action and assigns a person, with the context attached.

  4. 04
    Audit

Inputs, tool calls, and outcomes are retained so a reviewer can reconstruct what happened.

It has to meet your systems.

Agents earn their place by working inside what you already run. We integrate, we do not ask you to move the business into a new silo first.

Records and operations

Loan books, case files, orders, tickets. The agent reads the source of truth and writes back only what its role allows.

Inboxes and channels

Email, SMS, and internal queues. Drafts stay drafts until policy says they can send. Cashterm-style borrower messages are a familiar pattern for us.

Your APIs

Internal services, cloud workloads, and the microservices already in the estate. If the API is missing, we build that too.

Offshoring

Developers where you need capacity.

CloudtriX (PVT) Ltd is in Colombo. Teams from here have been embedded with product groups outside Sri Lanka. The model is simple: your direction, our engineers, a working day that overlaps yours.

Staff

Who we place

Software engineers for web platforms and APIs, in JavaScript and Java. Mobile engineers for iOS and Android. People who can also design an agent, its tools, and the point where a person takes over.

Shape

How the seat works

A dedicated developer joins your team. A squad covers a stream of the product. A project has an end. In every case the work is visible weekly: tests, integration, and a backlog you can open.

Overlap

Colombo, on purpose

Sri Lanka shares the afternoon with Europe and the working day with much of Asia and the Middle East. We set the overlap with your team before the first sprint.

Start

What to send

The stack, the kind of work, and whether you want one person or a small team. We introduce engineers against that, and we will say if we are the wrong fit.

Talk about a team →

Product engineering.

The practice under the agents: consultation, design, build, and support for companies that need software of their own.

Outsource

A team on your product

Hand us a project, or part of one. Engineers who have worked inside international delivery teams, on short iterations you can see.

Offshore developers →
Custom

Software for a specific need

Systems shaped around the way you actually operate, not a template with your logo on it.

Full cycle

From brief to release

Business analysis, UI and UX, engineering, and QA. Test-driven development and continuous integration as the default, not an extra.

Mobile

The screen where a person decides.

We build for iOS and Android. For an agentic product, the phone is often where the exception lands: a manager approves, edits, or rejects what the agent prepared.

Products, not wrappers

Native-quality experiences for a real audience — consumer, staff, or field — with the same care on the empty state as on the happy path.

The approval surface

When an agent must stop, the person should see the case, the draft, and the reason it stopped. That screen is part of the agent, not an afterthought.

Internet of Things

An event should start work, not only a chart.

Connected devices already tell you something happened. An agent can open the ticket, check the policy, and prepare the response — or wake a person when the reading is outside the role.

From prototype to operation

Hardware-adjacent prototyping, device events, and the cloud services behind them. We have spent years on IoT alongside cloud, mobility, and custom software. Agentic workflows are how that signal becomes action.

A single workflow is a valid start

Bring the process. We will scope the agent.

If the work is still a software project and not an agent, we will say so. Either way, you leave with a clearer next step.
